MCRE Global processes registration, candidate, employer, mandate, matching, communication, payment-status and verification information for requested platform functions, security, documentation and controlled executive-search or succession workflows. Candidate profiles are not intended for public publication.

Documents are held in protected application storage and access is limited by authenticated roles and manual decisions. Applicable access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection rights depend on the relevant law and circumstances.

Commercial terms are calculated from annual gross compensation and an operator-configured fee plan. The payment schedule can be split between mandate activation, qualified candidate presentation and successful placement.
Yes. Succession mandates can be created for companies, medical practices, clinics, hotels, resorts and other owner-managed organisations. A separate marketing mandate can be requested where appropriate.
Matching considers role scope, sector, geography, mobility, experience and selected profile criteria. Matches remain private and can require operator approval before identity disclosure.
